  • Put players in match-like situations with consequences (e.g., “double or you lose”). 


Breathing:

 

  • Train diaphragmatic breathing 

  • (4-4-4: inhale-hold-exhale) for calmness. 


Mental Reframing:

 

  • Teach players to reframe stress as excitement or opportunity. 


Repetition of Pressure Scenarios:

 

  • The more players experience pressure in practice, the more natural it becomes in competition.
