Weekly Adjustments

Goal: Ensure each player’s training evolves with their progress and challenges.

Coach Delivery Method:

1. Performance Review Routine:

End of week:
review app data, drill scores, and match performances.

Ask the player for self-assessment—often they’ll highlight struggles before you do.



2. Adapt the Plan:

If a weakness improves (e.g., double 16 hit rate jumps from 25% to 50%), replace with a new focus area.

Rotate drills to avoid monotony but retain some familiar exercises for confidence-building.
3. Document and Share:

Keep a weekly progress sheet for each player.

Share a brief update with them and, if relevant, the team captain—maintaining transparency and accountability.



4. Motivation Reset:

Start the week by setting a personal challenge for each player (e.g., “Hit 15 doubles in one practice session by Friday”).

Celebrate achievements openly—confidence feeds consistency.
