TECHNIQUES :

First Dart Focus" Drills: 


  • Emphasize hitting the first dart in a set area 


"Stack and Shift": 


  • Practice using darts as markers for grouped throwing 


"20-minute Focus Zones": 


  • 5-minute intervals on one segment (T20, T19, D16, Bull)

COACHING FOCUS :

  • Encourage repeatable pre-throw routines. 

  • Teach dart flight paths using slow-motion analysis. 

  • Adjust stance width and shoulder alignment for consistency
