Interactive Feedback

(Video Review, Throw Pattern Analysis, Coach Comments)

Purpose:
To give players visual confirmation of habits, both good and bad, and create targeted action points.

Coach Delivery Method:

Set clear recording angles — ideally side-on and front-on views to analyse alignment, release, and follow-through.

Teach players how to spot their own mechanical patterns (stance, arm path, release point).

Keep feedback short, specific, and actionable — e.g., “Your elbow drops slightly before release — focus on keeping it level” rather than vague comments.

Encourage players to compare “before and after” clips after implementing changes.
Common Pitfalls to Avoid:

Overloading feedback with too many technical points at once — limit to 1–2 focus areas per session.

Allowing players to obsess over minor style quirks that aren’t harming accuracy.

Using only coach eyes — encourage peer review sessions to build observation skills in the group.

Progress Measurement:

Document changes in form with dated video clips.

Track if form improvements correspond with better drill percentages.

Note reduction in recurring mechanical faults over time.
