Objective: Provide coaches with a structured approach to managing training sessions.

  • Sessions are divided into warm-up, skill development, technique work, practice games, and cool-down. 

  • Use group-based learning and individual development plans. 

  • Encourage consistent reflection and feedback. 


Emphasize behavior management and creating an inclusive, encouraging environment.

  • 15-minute warm-up 

  • 35-minute skills Development 

  • 10-minute competitive drills 

  • 10-minute debrief (if needed)
